Louis combines technical and executive expertise with proven leadership, natural resource management, global economic development, emerging alternative energy technologies, and most importantly, sustainable, and secure farm management. 

“I met Louis Buck while working in Helmand Province, Afghanistan,” said Lucy Duncan Co-Founder of SafeAgain. “His mission as Director for Agribusiness and Indigenous Industry for the Task Force Business and Stability Operations (TFBSO) team demonstrated his experiences, relationships and significant expertise in the areas of agriculture, natural resources, business and government. His public sector career as the USDA Farm Service Agency’s State Executive Director for Tennessee, and as Deputy Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Agriculture utilized his ability to work with both the ‘Democratic and Republican Administrations successfully.”
